This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of critical software systems that support our organization's goals and objectives at# **Tasks and Qualifications:**Responsibilities:* Plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation, performance, and security of enterprise applications within the organization.* Establish and maintain effective incident management processes to track and resolve problems efficiently.* Responsible for the management and optimization of applications that are vital to business processes and decision-making.* Coordinates enhancements for homegrown and commercial software solutions.* Implement solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Their work will foster seamless integration between applications and ensure that end-users have reliable access to the tools and data they need, ultimately driving productivity and operational excellence.* Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including installation, monitoring, and support.* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT support, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and implement application changes.* Collaborate and share information with other Platforms and Service Owners* Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in application administration to recommend improvements and innovations that align with organizational goals.* Embrace continuous learning and self-development.* Application rationalization.* Work with technology partners (consultancies).* Simplification and consolidation of applications.Requirements:* Administer operational procedures to ensure that the service runs smoothly.* Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices.* Proven experience as an Application Administrator or similar role.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Advanced English level.* Experience: Minimum 8 Years of functional experience.* Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or related.* C# language experience.#LI-AM3
