**TRADE COMPLIANCE INTEN**Economical Support: $5,000 - $7,000Location: Libramiento Noreste Km 33.5, Colonia Nueva Castilla, General Escobedo, Nuevo Leon ***** MexicoWork hours: 5 hours a day (Monday-Friday)**OVERVIEW**Working as Fastenal Mexico's Trade Compliance Specialist you will be a strategic link between Fastenal's Sales Teams & Customs Broker.Your main responsibility will be leading and collaborating with the groups supporting store and customs compliance needs relative to regulatory and/or customer demands.This individual will report to the Mexico Trade Compliance team while helping continue research, create solutions, and enforce compliance throughout Mexico.Some key areas supported by this team include:Trade Compliance, Product Compliance, Supply Chain, Operations & Logistics Teams.**RESPONSIBILITIES**The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:- Development & training of the Mexico Trade Compliance team- Work with Brokers to get the correct HTS code and provide regulations to comply.- Supporting solutions to the stores to comply with regulations of Customs Laws,- Enforcing company policy with regards to Customs & Compliance.- Researching regulations and the applicability to Fastenal Mexico- Maintain regular communication with Sales, Operations & Brokers teams.- Classification experience.- Knowledge in Clave Producto' SAT (UNSPSC)- Knowledge in Carta Porte Requirement.- Database management excel advanced.- Problem-solving and project management- Operations knowledge modality ocean, air and ground shipments.- Problem-solving and project management- Using Power BI, HTS tool, SmartSheet, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite regularly.**REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:- Possess a current full valid driver's license- Possess at least 1 year of compliance work experience OR relevant field of study- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English & Spanish)- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & SmartSheets- Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamworkTipo de puesto: Medio tiempoSalario: $5,****** - $7,****** al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Uniformes gratuitos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono mensual
