This role is a critical pillar of our growing organization, responsible for executing and optimizing key marketing initiatives across multiple luxury hospitality and residential properties — including Comunal.You'll manage performance marketing campaigns, email strategy, analytics, and reporting, while working closely with the Marketing Lead and selecting external collaborators. This is a high-impact position with room for growth, creativity, and strategic contribution.Key Responsabilities:Digital Advertising & CampaignsRun and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedInExecute full-funnel strategies including A/B testing, audience building, and pixel trackingDeliver clear performance reports with data-driven recommendationsEmail & CRM StrategyManage email marketing efforts: list segmentation, audience journeys, and campaign deploymentCraft compelling storytelling aligned with each brand's unique voiceBuild and maintain automations and performance reportsAnalytics & InsightsGenerate weekly and monthly reports with KPIs, benchmarks, and actionable insightsCreate and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performanceTranslate numbers into strategy and support data-informed decisionsAI & ToolsLeverage AI platforms like ChatGPT for content creation, ideation, and productivityIdentify and implement digital tools that enhance marketing efficiencyIdeal candidate:Degree in Marketing, Design or related field.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role.Expertise in paid advertising (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn)Experience in email marketing strategy, database segmentation, and storytellingA highly tech-savvy mindset — especially with AI platforms and MarTech toolsProactive, organized, enthusiastic about luxury branding and exceptional design.Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with numbers, metrics, and data-driven insights.Industry experience in hospitality or real estateBonus Points:Revenue management knowledge — pricing, OTA distribution, and partner strategyAthletic background — a performance mindset, resilience, and disciplineFluency in both Spanish and EnglishWhat We Offer:Exposure to high-impact, award-winning real estate projectsBalance of creative design and disciplined investment approachEntrepreneurial, fast-paced work cultureValues-driven team: trust, integrity, and genuine careRegional focus with institutional-grade execution standards
