Descripción y detalle de las actividades1. Responsible for determining the training, development and employee orientation needs within the different areas of the company.2. Implements the training, development and employee orientation programs, contacting specialized companies, educational institutions and outside consultants to update the inventory of courses.3. Controls the selection, production and acquisition of training material and submits them for approval to management.4. Evaluates the effectiveness of the training and development program and proposes recommendations for improvement.5. Participates in the implementation of the organizational culture.6. Participates in the implementation of motivational programs, social, cultural, recreational and sporting events as well as activities to support the community.7.
