Senior Graphic Designer

Hi, we're Phiture — the mobile growth consultancy working with the teams behind leading apps like Adobe, Headspace, and LEGO®.We're on a mission to become the #1 company in our industry, and we need great people to make it happen.**WHAT TO EXPECT**:The Senior Designer provides design leadership and art direction, ensuring top-tier visual solutions for one of Phiture's flagship client accounts (in the mobile gaming space).Reporting to a Creative Lead, you'll create and implement a compelling design vision based on a deep understanding of the client's game branding, audience, and marketing strategy.You'll work closely with a squad of talented creatives and growth consultants, ensuring high creative standards across a range of gaming-related marketing assets.Additionally, you'll play a key role in presenting work to clients, articulating design rationale and strategy, and gathering feedback to refine creative output.As a highly organized, process-driven designer, you'll contribute to streamlining workflows, and working with project & account managers to improve the account.The Senior Designer should exhibit outstanding design judgment and work collaboratively with various consultant teams to achieve the highest creative standards across multiple channels & markets.**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:- Lead creative marketing design efforts with a strong emphasis on mobile games, while also contributing to a wider range of app and digital product categories.- Balance hands-on design work with creative direction and mentorship, shaping high-performing visual outputs across diverse projects.- Develop a strong working knowledge of gaming industry trends, player psychology, and mobile game marketing tactics, using insights to inform creative direction.- Create and present compelling visual concepts & strategy to clients and internal teams, effectively communicating design rationale and strategy.- Collaborate with other creative professionals to produce:- Game-specific digital advertising for user acquisition across various marketing channels, including App Store Optimization.- Icons, screenshots, feature graphics, and other marketing assets optimized for mobile gaming audiences.- Engaging video storyboards in collaboration with the motion design team.- Localized assets for global releases- Serve as a key design voice in client-facing engagements, including meetings, presentations, and bespoke workshops, both digitally and on-site.- Develop and refine creative strategies, ensuring they align with game marketing objectives, user behavior insights, and performance data shared by Consultants.- Assist the Creative Lead and Project Managers in planning, optimizing workflows, and improving team efficiencies.- Stay on top of gaming industry design trends, and use your knowledge of Gen AI to strengthen our creative output.- Contribute to Phiture's thought leadership through webinars, conference presentations, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:- Proven track record in a senior-level design position, preferably in game marketing, mobile advertising, or a creative agency.- Strong autonomy and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and sell creative ideas to clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.- **Must-Have**: Proficiency with Figma, including automation and components, and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools.- A strategic, conceptual approach to design and strong visual storytelling skills, demonstrated through an outstanding portfolio.- Experience designing high-impact marketing assets, including app store visuals, UA creatives, ideally for mobile games.- A highly organized, process-driven approach, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and seamless collaboration within a fast-paced environment.- Ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines, maintaining high-quality output.- Experience with Gen AI tools.**WHAT WE OFFER YOU**:- Unlimited remote work within the country this job post applies to, and up to 90 days of international remote work every year- The opportunity to boost your salary with our quarterly bonus scheme and share in the company's financial success- Full and free mental health support from licensed therapists through our partnership with Oliva- Regular team events and a yearly, all-expenses-paid company offsite- A yearly €1,000 budget for your personal development- 10 learning hours a month to focus on your personal and professional growth during working hours- Flexible working hours so you can find the working patterns that best suit you- Up to 30 days of paid vacation every year — plus more for special occasions- An individual career roadmap and personal development plan to support a progressive learning curve- A flexible working space at our spacious, pet-friendly headquarters in one of Berlin's lively districts- A monthly remote work cash allowance to help you spruce up your home office space — plus your ow
