Idioma requerido:Inglés avanzado (C1) Descripción: Estamos buscando un Data Engineer con más de 5 años de experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo en Guadalajara. El/la seleccionado/a trabajará con stacks modernos de datos en AWS y colaborará con equipos multifuncionales para diseñar e implementar soluciones de datos escalables y seguras, desde streaming hasta data lakes y analítica. Responsabilidades clave: Diseñar e implementar soluciones de datos a medida para necesidades y casos de uso de clientes, abarcando desde streaming hasta data lakes, analítica y más, dentro de un stack tecnológico dinámico. Ofrecer liderazgo técnico recomendando las tecnologías y soluciones más adecuadas para cada caso de uso, cubriendo desde la capa de aplicación hasta la infraestructura. Demostrar habilidad de codificación en Python, Java y/o Scala para mover soluciones a producción priorizando rendimiento, seguridad, escalabilidad e integraciones de datos robustas. Colaborar de forma fluida con stacks técnicos diversos (Cloudera, Databricks, Snowflake y AWS). Desarrollar y entregar presentaciones detalladas para comunicar conceptos técnicos complejos de manera efectiva. Generar documentación de soluciones, incluyendo diagramas de secuencia, jerarquías de clases y vistas lógicas del sistema. Seguir prácticas Ágiles durante todo el proceso de desarrollo de soluciones. Diseñar, construir y desplegar bases de datos y stores de datos que apoyen los requerimientos organizacionales. Requisitos: Conocimientos y experiencia mínimos: 4 años de experiencia trabajando en proyectos de Software Engineering, Data Engineering o Data Analytics con AWS. 2 años de experiencia liderando un equipo que apoya proyectos de datos para desarrollar soluciones técnicas end-to-end. Capacidad para viajar al menos 25%. Conocimientos preferidos: Experiencia de producción en otras plataformas de datos como Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, GCP, Hadoop, etc. Conocimientos prácticos en Cloud y Almacenamiento de Datos Distribuido (HDFS, S3, ADLS, GCS, Kudu, Elasticsearch/Solr, Cassandra u otros NoSQL). Fuerte entendimiento de tecnologías de integración de datos (Spark, Kafka, eventing/streaming, Streamsets, NiFi, AWS Data Migration Services, Azure DataFactory, Google DataProc). Ofrecemos: Sueldo de $45,000 libres mensuales. Pago nominal y quincenal. Prestaciones de ley y superiores. Contrato de forma indefinido. Trabajo HIBRIDO en Guadalajara.
