Vacante para la empresa Radar Hire en Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de MéxicoRadar Hire is searching for aReal Estate Virtual AssistantLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: Minimum 5 yearsRadar Hire is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the owner of a fast-paced real estate business.This is a highly dynamic role focused on marketing execution, client communications, CRM and MLS management, event coordination, and transaction support.You'll serve as the owner's right hand—helping manage client relationships, organize listings and communications, and ensure smooth execution of tasks that drive business growth.This role requires a can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to take initiative without needing constant direction.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Social MediaDesign and schedule social media posts and ads across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedInCreate newsletters, postcards, mailers, and event promotions using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and Mailbox PowerCoordinate marketing campaigns and track performanceEdit and post video content to support personal branding and property marketingCRM & Client ManagementMaintain and update CRM (Brivity) with new leads, contacts, and client interactionsAdd and organize data from forms and sources (e.G., JotForm)Schedule appointments, track follow-ups, and ensure timely responsesHandle listing input and updates in MLS systemsEvent & Transaction CoordinationCoordinate client events and open housesTrack key milestones and ensure documents are submitted throughout real estate transactionsSupport document management and communications for buyers and sellersLiaise with vendors, title companies, and inspectors as neededRequired Skills & Qualifications5+ years of virtual assistant experience, ideally supporting real estate professionalsClear, fluent, and grammatically correct English communication skillsHighly organized, self-motivated, and results-orientedStrong attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Trello, Zapier, Brivity, and MLS platformsProficient with Office Suite and social media scheduling / managementExperience managing customer communications, appointments, and administrative workflowsAbility to take initiative and act with a sense of urgencyNice to HaveBilingual in English and SpanishPrevious experience coordinating real estate transactions or eventsFamiliarity with real estate forms, documents, and workflowWorking HoursMonday to Friday | 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time)Nível de educação deseadaSuperior - tituladoNível de experiência deseadaNível ExpertoFunción departamentalAdministrativo / SecretarialIndustriaRelaciones Públicas y ComunicacionesHabilidadesReal Estate BackgroundSocial mediaOffice Admin#J-*****-Ljbffr
