Empresa especializada en business intelligence con soluciones de tecnología propia, se encuentra en búsqueda de un perfil como Data Scientist.Diseño y desarrollo de modelos predictivosDesarrollar modelos de regresión, clasificación, segmentación y forecasting según las necesidades del cliente.Validar modelos mediante métricas estadísticas y técnicas de validación cruzada.Mantener documentación clara sobre hipótesis, variables y supuestos de los modelos.Análisis exploratorio de datos (EDA)Limpiar, preparar y transformar datos provenientes de distintas fuentes.Detectar patrones, anomalías y correlaciones que aporten valor a la toma de decisiones.Extracción de insights accionablesGenerar reportes, dashboards o entregables que comuniquen hallazgos clave.Traducir resultados técnicos a lenguaje comprensible para perfiles no especializadosColaboración interfuncionalTrabajar de la mano con equipos de ingeniería de datos y BI para garantizar la disponibilidad, calidad y gobernanza de los datos.Participar en sesiones de diseño de soluciones con clientes y otros equipos técnicos.Implementación en entornos productivos (deseable)Apoyar en la implementación de modelos en producción (DataOps / MLOps) con soporte de Data Engineers.Trabajar con notebooks, APIs o ambientes como Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, etcMínimo 3 años de experiencia en roles como Data Scientist o similares.Formación en Matemáticas, Estadística, Ciencia de Datos, Ingeniería, Economía o carreras afines.Experiencia previa en consultoras, proyectos tecnológicos o análisis para empresas de consumo, retail o similares es altamente valorada.Deseable experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).Certificaciones en ciencia de datos o herramientas Azure (deseable).Dominio de Python y librerías clave: pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, statsmodels.Sólida comprensión de estadística inferencial y fundamentos de machine learning.Experiencia desarrollando y ajustando modelos predictivos supervisados y no supervisados.Dominio de SQL para consultas, limpieza y extracción de datos desde bases relacionales.Conocimiento de herramientas de visualización como Power BI, Tableau o dashboards en Python.Deseable experiencia en entornos de nube, preferentemente Azure (Azure ML, Databricks, Synapse).Familiaridad con manejo de datos estructurados y no estructurados.#J-*****-Ljbffr
