**SOFTNET****PROJECT MANAGER FOR DEVELOPMENT****Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.- English: 70% - 80%**Experience**:- More than 3 years of proven experience, PM.- Develop necessary work plans.- Ensure that work plans are given in a timely manner.- Ensure the deliverables with the required quality.- Prepare progress presentations for the different stakeholders.- Ensure an optimal work environment with the different teams.- Maintain excellent collaboration between all team members and stakeholders.- Preparation of reports for all levels of stakeholders in collaboration with the CM team.- Identify risks and establish mitigation plans.**Desired Skills**:- Proficient with Oracle modules, Oracle Finance Cloud- Oracle ERP, SCM, EPM, Etc.Interations definitions- Extensive knowledge of integrations (Oracle - QAD)- Ability to train and work with multidisciplinary and high-performance teams- Knowledge in Agile methodologies, Certificate desired (Agile, SCRUM, JIRA, Waterfall)**Activities**:- Develop project plan for Custom, Reports, Integrations & Emerging Tech- Follow up activities and deliveries for each module: Definition of processes.- Application configuration, Testing and Documentation.- TrainingTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Lunes a viernes
