**Responsibilities**:- Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.- Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.- Diagnose breakdown problems.- Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly- Carry out quality inspections on jobs.- Liaise with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues.- Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components- Control maintenance tools, stores, and equipment.- Monitor and control maintenance costs.- Deal whit emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.- Improve health and safety policies and procedures- Work whit specialist equipment.- Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning**Education & Certifications**:Minimum Graduates will need a degree in a relevant engineering discipline such as, mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering.Preferred Al least 2 years' experience on maintenance, test or facilities support departments in manufacturing industry.**Job Description Requirements**:- Must be customer service oriented.- An ability to work well under pressure.- Good verbal and write communication skill.- Relevant technical knowledge.- Problem-solving skill.- Teamworking skill.- Ability to use common tools.- Able to read and interpret diagrams and schematics.- Electrical and Electronic basic knowledge.- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.- Precision measuring and testing instruments knowledge.- Lock out/ Tag out safeguarding knowledge.- Electrical safety knowledge.- CAD software knowledge is a plus.- Ability to understand and follow directions as given.- Ability to change shifts and work extended hours.- Forklift driving and maintenance knowledge.- Ability to solve problems in standard situations.- Require basic analytical skills.- Basic skills of MS office.- Ability to create and manage reports and logs.- CMMS (Computarized maintenance management software) knowledge is a plus.**Years of Experience**:1-3 years**Requirements**:10% (Visa-Eligible)
