Estamos en búsqueda de un Gestor de Proyectos con experiencia en coordinación de actividades de lanzamiento en las áreas de pintura y carrocería, para dar soporte a una OEM de la industria automotriz en la gestión, instalación y puesta en marcha de proyectos industriales.

Responsibilities

Coordinar las actividades de preparación para el lanzamiento de nuevos productos. Planificar y gestionar recursos, maniobras y logística del proyecto. Creación y actualización de presentaciones gerenciales del status de los proyectos. Supervisar la instalación y puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos.

Dar soporte de ingeniería para validar procesos y asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos y estándares. Gestionar issues en planta, dando seguimiento puntual hasta su resolución. Administrar y controlar entregables, riesgos y avances del proyecto. Asegurar la comunicación y coordinación efectiva con los equipos técnicos y áreas involucradas.

Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica o carrera afín. Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en gestión de proyectos técnicos. Conocimientos en validación de procesos de manufactura, preferentemente en pintura y carrocería. Habilidades de planeación, administración de recursos y liderazgo de equipos.

Project Manager (Obra) – Proyectos de instalación Project Manager (Obra) – Proyectos de instalación Buscamos un(a) Project Manager para coordinar proyectos de instalación (obra) con muchos frentes en paralelo. Este rol asegura que el proyecto se entregue a tiempo, con calidad y con control de cambios, coordinando contratistas, supervisores y áreas internas. Planificar y dar seguimiento a obra (hitos, ruta crítica, entregas).

Coordinar contratistas y supervisores en campo. Ser el punto principal de comunicación con el cliente durante ejecución. Controlar alcance y cambios (no extras sin autorización). Reporte semanal de estatus (RAG) y cierre del proyecto.

Mantener evidencia y documentos del proyecto en SharePoint. 2–5 años como PM en obra/instalaciones (eléctrico/MEP/retail/industrial). Experiencia coordinando contratistas y trabajo multi-sitio. Orden y disciplina para seguimiento, minutas, pendientes, evidencias. Manejo de Excel/Project (o similar).
