En ID Finance seguimos creciendo y fortaleciendo nuestro equipo de Cobranza.Buscamos un Supervisor de Cobranza con experiencia liderando equipos, enfoque estratégico y pasión por mejorar resultados a través de datos, seguimiento y una excelente atención al cliente.Si tienes experiencia en recuperación de cartera, manejo de equipos y trabajas con KPIs y estrategias por segmentos... queremos conocerte¿Qué harás en este rol?- Supervisar diariamente a tu equipo y asegurar el cumplimiento de metas individuales y grupales.- Gestionar sistemas de marcación, CRM y canales omnicanal (WhatsApp, SMS, email, dialers).- Asignar carteras, administrar cargas de trabajo y optimizar estrategias según comportamiento del cliente.- Monitorear llamadas, dar retroalimentación y acompañamiento constante al equipo.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y regulaciones.- Resolver incidencias operativas (sistemas, marcación, datos, turnos).- Coordinarte con áreas internas como Atención a Clientes, Calidad, Pagos, Compliance, IT y Despachos.Lo que buscamos en ti- 2 años mínimo como Supervisor de Cobranza telefónica.- Experiencia en recuperación de cartera y manejo de KPIs.- Habilidad para liderar, motivar y desarrollar equipos (25 personas aprox.).- Capacidad analítica para proponer mejoras y estrategias de recuperación.- Excelente negociación, comunicación y orientación al cliente.- Manejo de Excel y herramientas de gestión (CRM, omnicanalidad, marcadores).- Bachillerato concluido o Licenciatura trunca.Competencias clave- Liderazgo y escucha activa- Análisis de cartera- Organización y pensamiento estratégico- Innovación y enfoque en resultados- Negociación avanzada y servicio al clienteRelaciones que tendrásTrabajarás de la mano con áreas como Atención a Clientes, Calidad, Compliance, IT, Pagos y Despachos externos para asegurar una operación fluida y una atención de calidad.¿Por qué unirte a nosotros?En ID Finance tendrás la oportunidad de:- Liderar un equipo clave para la recuperación de cartera.- Proponer estrategias y mejoras que impactan directamente en el negocio.- Trabajar en una fintech dinámica, innovadora y centrada en las personas.- Crecer profesionalmente en un entorno que impulsa el desarrollo y la formación.
