The Ops Sup Intermed Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team.Additionally, the Ops Sup Intermed Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients.The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.**Responsibilities**:- Perform financial, statistical, and operational studies using analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies- Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow- Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise- Provide informal guidance and training to new and lower level team members, as needed- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.**Qualifications**:- 2-5 years of relevant experience- Proficient in Microsoft Office- High level knowledge of related to industry standards and practices- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills- Self-motivated and detail oriented- Proven organization and time management skills- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills- Required Licensing/Registration: Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, Series 63,**Education**:- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.Additional Job Description:- Título universitario en Licenciatura en Administración o afines, o Experiência minina 5 años en Operaciones.- Conocimiento en productos de Crédito (Aplicación contable Cargo y Abono)- Conocimiento en Programas de Lealtad (Costco, Premia, Thankyou points, home depot, Bonus Program, Folios 2X1, Enrollment y Ajuste Puntos)- Conocimiento Programas de Crédito (CLI, MCI, Tasa 0)- Conocimiento en los productos Fondos de Inversion y CHUBB.- Experiência en Facturación (Regulación fiscal, configuración y emisión facturas)- Experiência Contable (cargo y abono)- Desarrollar e implementar nuevas estrategias de negocio adaptadas al cambio.- Conocimiento básico de instrucciones de trabajo y líneas ARCM.- Office intermedio (Excel, Power Pont, Word,).- Experiência en manejo de personal 3 años.- Elaboración de reportes a Dirección- Administración de proyectos para mejora de procesos- Capacidad de Análisis- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión- Capacidad de resolución de problemas.**Job Family Group**:Operations - Core- **Job Family**:Operations Support- **Time Type**:Full time-- View Citi's _EEO Policy Statement_ and the _Know Your Rights_ poster._
