**Position Summary**To support the production timeline by allocating blank materials to orders within a timely manner, provide options to production and sales team members as needed, and speak knowledgeably as to the status of blank orders.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**? Utilize the Blank Allocation team's Purchasing Log to identify orders requiring allocation of blanks? Promptly assign blank materials to all new orders submitted by Production to ensure timely transfer of blank materials to print facilities? Accurately and professionally communicate with internal and cross-functional teams when discrepancies or challenges arise? Must understand the full scope of the production lifecycle and be able to offer solutions when bringing challenges to the team's attention? Must be willing to learn and become proficient regarding- Mill blank suppliers- Garment measurements- Substitutable items from a color and measurement perspective? Utilize all queues and databases proficiently and independently upon completion of training? Have a solid understanding of excel, basic formula revision capabilities, and formatting knowledge? Utilize company systems to issue purchase orders to mill partners and communicate with support staff relevant information for tracking purposes? Be able to speak to blank materials statuses with multiple levels of management and cross-functional teams both in internal communication and in virtual meetings? Other duties assigned as needed**Minimum Qualifications**? Associates or bachelor's degree from accredited college or university preferred or equivalent related production experience? Apparel industry or related field preferred? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.? **Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish**? Displayed eagerness to learn? Excellent analytical skills? Time management experience managing multiple tasks is required**Working conditions**- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment- Office with open floor plan- Business casual office attire- Work is performed inside a temperature-controlled office buildingPay: $16,****** - $16,****** per month**Language**:- Conversational English (required)Work Location: In person
