At Clorox, we champion people to be well and thrive by doing the right thing, putting people at the center, and playing to win.Led by our IGNITE strategy, we build brands that make a positive difference in people's lives around the world.And we know that success requires head, heart, AND guts — all three, every day — coming together to work simpler, faster, bolder, and more inclusively.Interested?Join us toIgniteYourCareerYour role at Clorox:The North LATAM Supply Chain Director - Integrator provides Product Supply Organization leadership and partners with North LATAM Business Unit leadership teams.He/She will have Indirect responsibility over PSO sub-functions in Operations -Manufacturing, Logistic and Planning- and Global Strategic Sourcing.Is also responsible to facilitate the execution of the activities to achieve the metrics related to Safety, Product Quality, Availability, Cost and Innovation.Be Single point of contact for the Business Leadership team for all Product Supply related topics.He/she will drive the annual Strategic Planning process and Partner with Regional Business Unit and staff roles for effective resource allocation, project transitions, handoff and integration throughout Commercialization and Project Execution.In this role, you will:- Partners with North LATAM Business and Operations leadership teams to drive business and function integration by creating quality plans to meet business needs.Lead and facilitate planning to determine most effective and efficient way for the Product Supply Organization -PSO- to deliver the required results.Ownership for execution of the functional plans, including Cost containment and enabling margin activities, Growth and Supply Chain strategy work- Actively participate on Local and/or Regional leadership teams as the "Voice of the PSO team" to develop strategies with a focus on feasible and efficient product supply role.Focal point for translating the business needs into specific business requirements and works with North LATAM Business Units to set priorities.- Collaborate with product supply (local and regional) to deliver the plan for the business.Help demand fulfillment forecast the overall workload by identifying current and future business requirements.- Provide feedback to PSO Latam Functional leaders about the Local functional leaders.Help to determine gaps in capabilities that require further support and training.Support North LATAM people plans to develop succession planning for key roles in PSO.Help to determine outlook for PS resource demand that supports business plan and LRP.What we look for:Years and Type of Experience:- 10 years plus in Product Supply Functions and Business facing roles.- At least experience in 2 of these sub-functions: Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning or Product/Material SourcingTechnical Skills:- Capabilities developed to interact and full understand Manufacturing, Planning, Sourcing and logistics processes.- Business processes are desired.Finance - P&L's, Balance Sheets and Budgeting.- Understanding of QA, Safety and Environmental standards and processes- Other Languages Required: English/SpanishManagerial Skills and Abilities:- Proven track record in people management and development.- Ability to develop business strategy and planning.- Proven negotiation skills at an international level.- Process as well as results orientated.Ability to manage complex product supply portfoliosEducation Level/Degree: University- Business Management, Engineering.(BBM, BE or B.Chem Eng.)MBA is a plusWe seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences, and we know you don't need a degree to succeed.We're looking for fresh perspectives, a desire to bring your best, and a non-stop drive to keep growing and learning.At Clorox, we have a Culture of Inclusion.We believe our values-based culture connects to our purpose and helps our people be the best versions of themselves, professionally and personally.This means building a workplace where every person can feel respected, valued, and fully able to participate in our Clorox community.Learn more about our I&D program & initiativeshereBenefits we offer to help you be well and thrive:- Competitive compensation- Generous 401(k) program in the US and similar programs in international- Health benefits and programs that support both your physical and mental well-being- Flexible work environment, depending on your role- Meaningful opportunities to keep learning and growing- Half-day Fridays, depending on your location
