PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: Ensure MES System Availability, Stability & Integration Manage and support the MES platform to ensure operational continuity across production environments. Perform system monitoring, apply software patches, and troubleshoot MES issues while coordinating with IT and automation teams to integrate MES with ERP (e.g., Oracle/SAP) and shop floor systems (PLCs, SCADA). To minimize production disruptions, support real-time data flows, and ensure secure, stable MES performance aligned with manufacturing schedules. Develop MES Dashboards & Production Analytics Build and maintain meaningful reports and dashboards to visualize manufacturing performance and identify process inefficiencies. Extract, clean, and analyze MES data using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView; collaborate with production and quality teams to define and track KPIs such as OEE, cycle times, and defects. To enable data-driven decision-making, improve production outcomes, and foster continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Optimize MES-OT/IT Connectivity & Secure Data Flows Ensure accurate and secure connectivity between MES and plant-level automation and control systems. Configure and support protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus), collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams on network segmentation, and validate data mapping between MES, PLCs, SCADA, and ERP. To maintain data integrity, enable real-time production insights, and comply with industrial and cybersecurity standards for system integration. Advance Smart Manufacturing & MES Capabilities Enhance MES functionality to support Industry 4.0 initiatives and modern manufacturing practices. Identify automation and optimization opportunities, participate in projects involving IIoT, machine learning, digital twins, or edge computing, and configure MES to support advanced workflows. · To boost production efficiency, improve quality, reduce manual work, and align MES with long-term Smart Factory strategies REQUIREMENTS: 2-4 years working with MES in a manufacturing environment. Advanced English level. Strong background in data analytics, SQL databases, and industrial automation. Hands‑on experience with ERP‑MES integration (Oracle, SAP). Experience in multi‑site MES deployment & support. Bachelor’s Degree in: Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Automation, IT, or related fields. #J-18808-Ljbffr
