About Oliver WymanOliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting.With offices in 70 cities across 30 countries, Oliver Wyman combines deep industry knowledge with specialized expertise in strategy, operations, risk management, and organization transformation.Over 7,000 professionals help clients optimize their business, improve their operations and risk profile, and accelerate their organizational performance to seize the most attractive opportunities.Oliver Wyman's thought leadership is evident in our agenda-setting books, white papers, research reports, and articles in the business press.Our clients are the CEOs and executive teams of the top Global 1,000 companies.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team.This role is essential in organizing, delivering, and evaluating high-quality training programs designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of our diverse workforce.The Specialist will independently manage and drive the delivery of complex training initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of various employee populations across the organization.In addition to program delivery, the Learning Delivery Specialist will support the administrative needs of training courses and collaborate closely with both regional and global teams.Occasional travel may be required to facilitate training sessions and engage with participants directly.This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in the Mexico City office.There is no option to work remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management and Delivery – Independently manage and drive delivery of high-complexity programs.Develop and update run-of-show guides for both in-person and virtual programs.Serve as Program Lead, ensuring expert delivery and smooth execution.Collaborate within the delivery pod to handle all program logistics from setup through completion, including booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, preparing printed materials, and acting as co-host and producer in virtual sessions.Manage the budget for individual programs, ensuring financial adherence.Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful training program execution.Develop expertise and leverage a comprehensive technical toolkit, including LMS, LXP, event management software, survey tools, and virtual delivery platforms.Build strong professional relationships with internal facilitators and external vendors to determine areas of expertise for core programs.Recruit appropriate facilitators based on course content and participant profiles.Organize and facilitate host briefings to provide facilitators with background on the program and relevant facilitation information.Act as subject matter expert on designated learning programs, offering guidance to colleagues within the learning product portfolio.Evaluate participant feedback and recommend improvements to enhance future programs and processes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related field.Proven experience in program management and delivery, particularly in high-complexity training programs.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), event management software, and virtual delivery tools.English fluency (spoken and written) required.Ability to travel.Skills and AttributesStrong organizational and project management skills.Ability to build professional relationships and network effectively.Strong attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Structured thinker and problem solver, always focused on continuous improvement.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Collaborative team player and ability to work within a global team environment.Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.Flexible attitude with a strong work ethic.Adaptable to diverse needs and environments, with a strong cultural awareness and an inclusive approach.Passionate about learning and development.BenefitsThe role is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the Mexico City office.There is no option to work remotely.EEO StatementWe aim to attract and retain the best people and embrace diversity of age, background, disability, ethnic origin, family duties, gender orientation or expression, marital status, nationality, parental status, personal or social status, political affiliation, race, religion and beliefs, sex / gender, sexual orientation or expression, skin color, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
