Empresa: Base Labs Tipo: Tiempo completo En Base Labs buscamos a un Full Stack Engineer con experiencia real construyendo sistemas distribuidos, colas de mensajes y aplicaciones con alto volumen de datos (analytics, logística, movilidad, e-commerce, delivery, etc.). Valoramos mucho a quienes disfrutan entornos dinámicos, se sienten cómodos colaborando con producto y dominan conceptos arquitectónicos modernos. Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web de alto impacto Construir y mantener servicios distribuidos, integraciones asincrónicas y pipelines basados en colas de mensajes Colaborar con equipos de producto y diseño para entender problemas complejos y proponer soluciones claras Participar en discusiones de arquitectura, estimaciones y planificación técnica Realizar code reviews y apoyar prácticas de ingeniería de alta calidad (Clean Architecture, SOLID, DDD) 3+ años de experiencia como Full Stack Engineer Sólidos conocimientos en: Vue 3, TypeScript, Node.js y PostgreSQL (must) Experiencia comprobable en proyectos con sistemas distribuidos y/o alta complejidad: Colas de mensajes como Google Pub/Sub, Kafka, RabbitMQ. Servicios que se comunican de forma asincrónica. Backends y frontends que consumen datos en tiempo real o flujos distribuidos Experiencia en productos con lógica compleja (Ej: logística, movilidad, análisis de datos, e-commerce, billing, mensajería o similares) Conocimiento profundo de principios de arquitectura como DDD, SOLID, ACID, diseño modular y separación de responsabilidades Deseables (no excluyentes) Mentalidad de producto: capacidad para revisar un archivo de Figma, proponer mejoras o bocetar un wireframe Experiencia con diseño UI/UX #J-18808-Ljbffr
