We are a high-growth LogTech (Logistics + Technology) startup rapidly expanding across Latin America.We help top-tier e-commerce brands scale their operations through our tech-enabled fulfillment network.We are currently seeking a Strategic Key Account Manager to manage our most valuable client relationships.This is not a traditional sales role; it is a consultative position where you will use data, operational insights, and technology to drive customer success and retention.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Management: Own the relationship with Key Accounts (Tier 1), ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.Data Analysis: Monitor operational KPIs daily (Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, Inventory Turn, Returns) to identify trends and proactively solve bottlenecks.Strategic Consulting: Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) presenting performance data and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders.Commercial Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on the client's operational needs and growth patterns.Crisis Resolution: Act as the senior escalation point for complex operational issues, coordinating with Tech and Ops teams to provide fast solutions.Contract Negotiation: Lead renewal discussions and commercial negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.Requirements (Must Haves)Experience: 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales.Industry Background: Proven experience in Logistics, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or SaaS is mandatory.(Experience in companies such as Mercado Libre, Amazon, last-mile startups, or 3PLs is highly preferred.)Data-Driven Mindset: Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).Language: Advanced English (C1) is required for internal reporting and regional communication.Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, resilience in fast-paced environments, and a problem-solving attitude.What We OfferAggressive performance-based bonus structure.The chance to join a rocket-ship startup transforming the logistics industry in LatAm.Multicultural and dynamic team environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
