Investment Operations SpecialistThe role of Investment Operations Specialist will support the Client Service team and other teams in the investment line of business related to the performance of pension plans for clients.You will be an integral member of the Investment & Performance team, reviewing the AUM of client pension plans and calculating returns for all plan accounts and the overall plan.You will have opportunities to provide a positive experience and drive outcomes for our discretionary clients by developing knowledge of our processes and leveraging internal teams (Portfolio Managers, Client Leads, Operations, and Manager and Asset Research) and resources.You will be supported to develop your performance calculation skills and enhance communication and leadership abilities.Exposure to the whole investment process will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect necessary information from clientsDownload or obtain financial statements from custody providersObtain manager information where clients are investedReview monthly AUM of client pension plansCalculate returns for all plan accounts and the total plan using financial statementsSupport various business needsMaintain constant communication with the Client team to deliver high-quality work to clientsRequirementsCandidates should demonstrate interest in financial markets, institutional investing, and investment managementResourcefulness and desire to expand investment knowledge are desiredIndividuals who can combine project management and organizational skills with effective communication and collaboration are sought afterWorking knowledge of Excel and databases is applied to internal processes and systemsThink innovatively to evolve and improve solutionsThriving in an inclusive team-based working environment is essentialProficient oral and written EnglishBachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or similar3-5 years of relevant experience in investment operations, trade support, or similar rolesOffice based in Mexico City in a hybrid modelEqual Opportunity Employer#J-*****-Ljbffr
