Individuals here have a well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area.- Their work may require discretion and independent judgment for non-routine matters.However, the primary focus of work activity is predominately routine.- They may make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members.Provides first-level support in response to more complex employee, supervisor and manager questions.- Resolves escalated questions from less experienced staff.- Engages with HR generalist / HRBP to resolve systemic and/or more complex issues.- Tracks status of outstanding issues.- May perform as a specialist in one or more HR disciplines.**Help with data requests, such as**:- identifying inactive HLMs due to manager's separation.- Help with data collection for Greencard process- Follow up on any employee who hasn't completed Compliance Training within 90-day of hire; and periodic training compliance reports.- Coordinate requests for special employment verification letters (confer with legal on comfort level with this one).- Coordinate periodic review and template submission to ASKHR for HRBP alignment updates - based off of monthly roster publication.- Check STARs usage among leaders (if this is feasible).- Help with ppts- Brainstorm whether it's feasible to get help with escalations from ASKHR tickets - acknowledge receipt to requestor and track status.Disseminate to appropriate COEs or HRBPs?(a centralized way to track down issues that aren't being addressed by that team, but land on HRBPS.)- Prepopulate data for retention framework rollout to leader.- Produce draft of HRBP update ppt - review with Sr.HRBP- At EOY process, help HRBPs segment reports- Help Practice SPOCs with new hire buddy assignment/tracking**Training and Assimilation to the Role**:- Rotate alignment periodically so that they can shadow different HRPBs to round out perspectives.- Connect into the legal call so that they can hear/learn how sensitive topics are addressed.- Assign various policy overviews and have them present to a panel of HRBPs as a way for them to become familiar with policies (could feature a different country each month)**Basic Qualifications**:- English and Spanish- Relevant Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience- High level of accuracy and attention to detail- Proficient organizational skills- Ability to work independently- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience in handling confidential information with utmost confidentiality, tact and diplomacy- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, **Excel**, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)**Job Segment**:Developer, Sharepoint, Administrative Assistant, Technology, Administrative
