We're seeking a **Quality Manager** with an **advanced level of English** to lead and optimize our quality management system.In this role, you'll ensure all products consistently meet internal, client, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, MILSPECS, UL).**Key Responsibilities**:- **Develop, implement, and maintain** a robust quality system, including inspection processes, policies, and corrective actions.- Monitor and improve **quality objectives**, such as cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.- **Analyze process performance** using statistical data to enhance efficiency and product reliability.- Stay current with **quality advancements**, integrating new techniques and equipment.- Collaborate on **new product development** and process changes.- Oversee **quality system certifications** (ISO, QS, FDA), documentation, and record-keeping.- Manage the **calibration of all test and measurement equipment**.- Act as the company's representative for **regulatory and certification agencies**.- Directly address **client failure analyses, complaints**, and information requests.- Facilitate **continuous improvement initiatives** (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).- Develop and manage **supplier quality programs** in coordination with other departments.- Manage department **budgets, objectives**, and authorize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).- **Lead, train, and develop** the Quality Department staff, fostering interdepartmental collaboration.Ability to commute/relocate:- Salinas Victoria, N.
