Are you looking for a challenging opportunity to lead and scale a TikTok Shop US channel from the ground up? As a Senior TikTok Shop Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our TikTok Shop operations in the United States. You will be responsible for building and managing a full creator ecosystem (affiliates, user-generated content creators, livestream hosts) that drives monthly gross merchandise value growth using both organic and paid strategies. We're seeking an experienced Senior TikTok Shop Manager with a proven track record of driving $1M+ GMV per month for at least one brand. As a Senior TikTok Shop Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our TikTok Shop operations in the United States. You will be responsible for building and managing a full creator ecosystem (affiliates, user-generated content creators, livestream hosts) that drives monthly gross merchandise value growth using both organic and paid strategies. We're seeking an experienced Senior TikTok Shop Manager with a proven track record of driving $1M+ GMV per month for at least one brand. Key Responsibilities Lead and scale our TikTok Shop US channel end-to-end Build and manage a full creator ecosystem Drive monthly GMV growth using organic and paid strategies Develop repeatable models for creator acquisition, activation, and retention Optimize product catalog, pricing, keywords, bundles, and promotions Coordinate campaigns with growth, creative, and product teams Track performance, identify winning strategies, and scale what works Manage TikTok Shop operations: orders, payouts, logistics coordination, disputes Stay ahead of TikTok Shop algorithm changes and best practices Requirements Proven experience managing TikTok Shop USA Track record of driving $1M+ GMV per month for at least one brand Strong background in creator-driven commerce: affiliates, UGC, livestreams Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and marketplace mechanics Experience with beauty, skincare, or DTC consumer brands Ability to build systems, not just campaigns Data-driven operator comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and optimization loops Fluent English Benefits Above-market salary for top performers Fully remote role High ownership and decision-making autonomy Opportunity to build and lead a channel from the ground up Direct access to founder-level strategy A fast-moving, creative, DTC-first environment What We Offer We offer a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing DTC makeup brand operating in the US market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
