**"Johnson & Johnson companies are equal opportunity employers"**- At Johnson & Johnson, the largest healthcare company in the world, we come together with one purpose: to profoundly change the trajectory of health for humanity._- Diversity & Inclusion are essential to continue building our history of pioneering and innovation, which has been impacting the health of more than 1 billion patients and consumers every day for more than 130 years.Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world._- When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Next Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough._**COMPANY****TÉCNICO DE LABORATORIO III****DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES**Bajo supervisión y de acuerdo con todas las leyes/regulaciones federales, estatales y locales y procedimientos y lineamientos del Corporativo Johnson & Johnson, esta posición:- Muestreos- Preparación de etiquetas para muestras- Análisis independiente de muestras de rutina utilizando métodos de prueba aplicables- Captura de datos en los sistemas electrónicos o sistemas manuales que pudieran incluir libros de registro y de mantenimiento de números de control- Ejecución y monitoreo de pruebas de rutina utilizando instrumentos de laboratorio- Reconocimiento de problemas durante análisis- Iniciar investigaciones para resultados de pruebas de laboratorio no-conformantes- Ejecutar comprobaciones diarias de calibración/verificación en instrumentos de laboratorio- Realizar y registrar observaciones de laboratorio y cálculos- Recolectar y preparar datos para evaluación- Archivar documentación de pruebas que ya han sido completadas- Ejecutar otros deberes relacionados con su área que sean asignados por la gerencia- Mantener su área de trabajo limpia- Soporte a gestiones internas de laboratorio, ambientales y de seguridad- Responsable de comunicar asuntos u oportunidades relacionadas al negocio al siguiente nível administrativo.- Responsable de asegurar que los subordinados sigan todos los lineamientos de la Compañía relacionados a prácticas de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente y que todos los recursos necesarios para realizarlo se encuentren disponibles y en buena condición.- Responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento personal y de la Compañía de todas las regulaciones, políticas y procedimientos Federales, Estatales, locales y de la Compañía.- Realizar otras tareas asignadas según sea necesario.**Calificaciones**EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA**- Carrera técnica, trunca o en proceso, Diploma de Preparatoria o equivalente es requerido.- 4 a 6 años de experiência en un ambiente de laboratorio con buenas prácticas de manufactura (GMP's) y laboratorio (GLPs) ejecutando de manera progresiva actividades avanzadas a nível de Técnico 2.- Puede mantener una conversación en ingles relacionada a sus responsabilidades en un 50%-75% de eficiencia.**CONOCIMIENTO, DESTREZAS, HABILIDADES Y CERTIFICACIONES/LICENCIAS REQUERIDAS**:- Entrenamiento en buenas prácticas de manufactura (GMPs) y requerimientos de ISO.- Conocimientos y ejecución de buenas prácticas de laboratorio (GLPs).- Habilidad para comunicarse oralmente y en escrito.- Buenas habilidades interpersonales y organizacionales.- Auto-motivado.- Habilidades para usar PCs y programas asociados.LOCATION: Juárez, México**Ubicación principal**México-Chihuahua-Ciudad Juárez- **Organización**Cordis de Mexico S.A. de C.V. *****)**Área**Calidad**Requisition ID************W
