Job Title:Sales Engineer – Thermal Insulation Products (Central/Bajio Mexico Region)Position Objective:The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating and managing business opportunities in the Central regions of Mexico for the sale of thermal insulation products. This includes identifying customer needs and providing technical solutions that optimize energy performance in their facilities. Responsibilities:Active prospecting and profiling of new clients.Full sales cycle management: initial contact, technical visits, proposals, negotiation, and closing.Identify projects requiring our portfolio solutions.Maintain accurate CRM records.Collaborate with internal technical teams throughout the sales process.Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. (Graduate)- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the construction, energy, or thermal insulation product industries.- Intermediate Knowledge of Excel, ERP systems (SAP), Salesforce.-Knowledge of materials and solutions for thermal insulation (preferred).- Advanced English proficiency.-On-site job, based at Central/Bajio region of Mexico; availability to travel within this region as needed ( States: México, CDMX, Morelos, Puebla, Tlaxcala, Hidalgo, Querétaro, Aguascalientes, Zacatecas, Jalisco, Colima, Michoacán).Company Benefits:- Competitive salary.-Attractive commission scheme for opening new accounts.- Benefits above those required by law, including major medical insurance, grocery vouchers, savings fund, life insurance, etc.
