The Proposal Specialist for Foxboro and Triconex systems is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of proposals for North America, with detailed bid responses. This role is critical and involves coordinating and executing all efforts in transactional and complex proposal preparations. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute all efforts in preparing transactional and complex Foxboro and Triconex system proposals, including associated services and documentation deliverables estimates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Specialists, Project Managers, Sales Representatives, finance, writers, and subject matter experts, to gather information and insights for proposal content. Write, edit, and review high-quality, persuasive proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of Schneider Electric control systems, ensuring clarity, coherence, and consistency. Manage the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with client and internal guidelines, and obtaining necessary approvals for risk analysis, cash flows, and project schedules. Prepare specifications and RFQs for suppliers, coordinate quotations with Supply Chain from 3rd party suppliers, and complete project costing information, calculate margins, and obtain pricing strategy approvals. Develop and maintain up-to-date proposal procedures and templates for Foxboro DCS Control systems and Triconex systems. Track and report on proposal progress and outcomes to senior management, ensuring accurate packaging and delivery estimates. Oversee the preparation and submission of all proposal and response materials, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines. Organize resources, maintain schedules, and coordinate inputs from various departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive proposal. Ensure execution and approval of proposals and contract documents by appropriate parties. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in proposal writing and management. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Schneider Electric's products and services. Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal management software.
