In this role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of payment-related products, ensuring they meet the functional, technical, and performance needs of our merchants across LATAM. You will work deeply with clients, stakeholders, engineering, and QA to transform complex payment requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.ResponsibilitiesDeeply engage with clients and stakeholders to identify requirements, define product features in a fine-grained and technical approach to work closely with development teams to get those products in the hands of our merchants.Translate product’s strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development.Client Interaction and Support: Provide excellent client support, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.Support engineering team to solve deep technical problems, build innovative solutions, and to ensure that customer satisfaction goals are met on time.
