No Relocation Assistance Offered# Del.Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, MexicoPosition Purpose : We are looking for an Analytics Manager who will support our cross-functional teams with insightsgained from analyzing company data.The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to findopportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness ofdifferent courses of action.They must have strong experience using a variety of data mining / dataanalysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using / creatingalgorithms and creating / running simulations.They must have a proven ability to drive businessresults with their data-based insights.They must be comfortable working with a wide range ofstakeholders and functional teams.The right candidate will have a passion for discoveringsolutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.Let's talk about main responsibilities : Global coordination : Collaborate with the Global Commercial Analytics team to develop & implement the Analytics RoadmapPartner with the Global Commercial Analytics team & IT to align on data architecture, tools and technologiesLocal leadership : Design & lead the Analytics Roadmap for LATAMDevelop custom data models and algorithms to address business challengesAssess quality of data sourcesEvaluate technical feasibility of business problemsCoordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomesDevelop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracyLead data automation projects to aggregate disparate data sourcesCommunicate technical concepts & information to a non technical audience in a clear & compelling mannerLeverage data visualization platforms (e.G.
