Job Description:We are seeking a Digital Account Manager to coordinate day-to-day account activities, ensuring all campaigns meet performance goals.This role involves working closely with the account lead to develop and implement effective strategies for client success.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to analyze data to drive business decisions.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate campaign workflow, utilizing the account lead's strategy & process for reporting and communication.- Manage a team of Marketing specialists to achieve and surpass client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).- Analyze web and campaign analytics to identify key learnings and insights to construct actionable performance recommendations.- Prepare and maintain regular client reports and analysis on a timely basis.- Organize, prioritize and manage all campaigns for clients using project management software as the main communication, delegation & progress tracking vehicle.- Manage timelines of all deliverables promised to clients.- Assist account leads to investigate, track and resolve client concerns.- Maintain client files, executive summaries and important documentations for internal records.- Assist in managing budgets, campaign creative, invoicing, etc.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.- 5+ years work experience in the digital marketing space with proficient knowledge across multiple digital marketing tactics.- 4+ years managing Account Management and/or Marketing teams.- 4+ Experience in eCommerce or other conversion focused landscape (either client or agency side).- Experience in analysing and presenting diverse sets of campaign data with experience in Google Analytics or other analytics softwares.- Proficient with Mac OS environment and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).- A proven track record managing multiple commitments to the clients, team, and business operations.- Works well in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.- Process focused with the ability to live in spreadsheets & technical systems.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.Benefits:- 100% remote Full-time collaboration.- $30,000 mxn monthly salary.- Schedule Mon - Fri.- Friendly and professional team.- Opportunities for growth and development.Requirements:- Computer/Laptop with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.- Internet speed of at least 100MBPS.- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam.- Battery back up for computer.- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
