You’ll be part of a company that prioritizes quality, integrity, collaboration, and customer care, with the resources, training, and incentives to ensure your success every step of the way.Job description (What you'll do):Cost accounting, General accounting and financial knowledge requiredProvide accurate and timely inventory and costing reportsPartner with operations teams to analyze inventory for potential excess and obsolete reserves, make related entries in accordance with company's policiesReview accounting and costing entries, including account reconciliationsOversee annual physical inventory process in accordance with company's inventory policiesProvide explanations for key variances in cost, volumes, PPV and cost driversSupervise plant counts and review inventory levels for finished goods, work in process and raw materialsAnalyze standard costs and review the roll‑ups for new products and new production operations as well as investigate/resolve large varianceLead the annual standard cost roll‑upAttendance in internal and external auditsKey responsibilities:Be responsible of manufacturing plant costsLead annual std cost roll‑upWork with the internal customers to get accurate informationWhat you'll bring (Qualifications):Public accountantMinimum required experience in accounting 8 years. 3 years costing (manufacturing company)ERP systems (Oracle/HFM is a plus)World Leaders in Fire and Life SafetyKidde Global Solutions is a world leader in fire & life safety solutions tailored for complex commercial facilities to homes.
