Job Title Facilities experience Manager Job Location Guadalajara Reports to HR Director Organizational Layer Local General Description of the Role El Facilities Experience Manager es responsable de controlar la administración y correcto funcionamiento de las oficinas de Campari México, llevando a cabo tareas de administración de recursos y suministros de oficina, supervisando al personal operativo relacionado con la gestión de la oficina y asegurando que la oficina opere de manera eficiente y fluida, garantizando una excelente comunicación. Además, el rol lidera la experiencia de hospitalidad, impulsando la activación de servicios e iniciativas que mejoren tanto la experiencia del empleado como la del huésped en la oficina de Campari México. Su propósito es proporcionar un servicio de hospitalidad de primera clase, tipo concierge, que refleje los comportamientos y la cultura de Campari Group. Coordina la seguridad, el mantenimiento y las actividades de reparación que deben ejecutarse en nuestras instalaciones, el suministro de materiales y equipos, el servicio de mensajería y los servicios generales, planificando y controlando las áreas componentes del servicio, satisfaciendo los requerimientos de los usuarios y garantizando las condiciones óptimas de las instalaciones de la compañía. Mission / Objectives La misión de este cargo es ofrecer un servicio de hospitalidad de primera clase, tipo concierge, a nuestros empleados y visitantes de manera que refleje los comportamientos y la cultura de Campari Group. Este individuo debe garantizar un servicio superior a través de operaciones administrativas generales, desarrollando, implementando y monitoreando directrices y estándares de calidad que reflejen un enfoque orientado al servicio. El rol es clave en el apoyo y colaboración con el equipo de Campari Academy para llevar a la vida experiencias de cóctel creativas e inspiradoras y fomentar la educación mediante la emoción y la curiosidad. Key Responsibilities and Activities General Office Administration Full ownership of Facilities budget including preparation, administration, and management, PO creation, invoice reconciliation, etc. Oversee general office cleaning & maintenance (conference rooms, kitchens, bar, general facility). Oversee key facilities operations (Mailroom, Maintenance, Safety). Coordinate delivery service coverage. Vendor and Contract Management: negotiate and manage contracts with service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, maintenance) and monitor performance. Ensure that furniture is in optimal working order, and maintain sufficient stock to fill snack areas, bar, and bathroom kits. Schedule routine maintenance of all office equipment and general repairs (coordination of terms, conditions, and staff executing service or contract renewals). Oversee incident resolution (construction and other issues). Identify and resolve facility‑related issues. Take control of meeting rooms in terms of cleanliness and support with coffee breaks, working lunches, and in‑office events. Supply of stationery and cleaning products ensuring there is always stock or placing orders for special material requests. Develop and nurture office service standards, procedures, and practices that show pride and respect for others and the planet. Provide support regarding coordination of transfers/trips to Arandas, the airport, and visitor locations from other countries. Make reservations for the Centinela Grand Hotel in Arandas for international visits (from the USA or Italy). Notify Camparistas of their visitors and authorize their access at the reception of the tower lobby after notifying them of such visits. Introduce our office to new Camparistas, indicating the different office areas and policies to be followed in each of them. Prepare purchase orders and register new suppliers for general services. Evaluate ongoing operations and implement improvements (e.g., sustainability, execution standards). Prioritize guest and Camparista satisfaction; adapt to situational needs with the highest professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
