Descripción y detalle de las actividadesSUMMARY The ACG Customer Service Representative role is to support sales related activities that include customer order entry, customer order confirmation, internal follow-up, return authorization creation process, and coordinate customer order shipments.This role requires excellent communication skills with the focus of serving our customers at the highest level.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.Other duties may be assigned.- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers at all times - Respond promptly to customer inquiries - Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary - Receive customer orders and process them in the ERP system - Review internally with Materials and Production to plan when the orders will ship utilizing the EPICOR ERP system - Follow up daily that the Master Production Schedule released for the month is being processed on time, manage priorities, and follow up with materials and production planning.- Follow up the NPI status with Engineering / Production Planning and Materials to meet the scheduled shipment dates.- Generate and control Return Materials Authorization process internally and communicate details with clients QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Experiência y requisitosEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Graduated or student of Administration career, Basic knowledge of MRP, Basic knowledge in manufacturing is preferable LANGUAGE SKILLS 100% ability to speak, read and write in Spanish 75 % ability to speak English to read/write documents written in English to enable clear comprehension of customer requirements.OrganizaciónMMS de México, S.de R.L. de C.V.GiroDe ServiciosActividad principalEmpres que ofrecemos Servicios administrativos.Número de empleados500**Área** Servicios**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** 7:00 am a 5:00 pm**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Sexo** Indistinto
