**Summary**This job position is located in Camp Humphreys, Korea and supports the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) requirement for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services.The IT Specialist will be responsible for**Responsibilities**:- Plans, coordinates, employs CBRN IT systems similar to; Joint Effects Model (JEM), Joint Warning and Reporting Network (JWARN), Signal Fire (SF) network, JWARN Web Access servers as well as CENTRIXS-K with elevated privilege, CBRN Information System (CBRN IS).- Installs, configures and troubleshoots data center environments.- Sets up, manages, administers, and troubleshoots networks; CISCO systems, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Security+ certifications.**Job Functions**- Evaluating and improving system performance, ensuring deployed systems are appropriately hardened to pass cyber security accreditations, providing support for government staff at training and exercise events, and providing help desk and technical support functions such as account maintenance and end user support.- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure in a Virtual Data Center environment.- Proactively ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.- Liaising with vendors, other IT personnel, and Government POCs both CONUS and OCONUS for problem resolution.- Contractor employees shall not supervise Government employees or members of the Military**Level of Supervision**:Non supervisory position**Required Education & Experience**:- Must have 5 years of experience- Bachelors degree desired but can be substituted for an additional 3 years of experience**License & Certifications**:- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Security+ certification**Knowledge & Skills**:- Java Application Servers (Tomcat 7/8),- Internet Information Services (IIS) 7+,- Eclipse Jetty 8+ (or later),- ActiveMQ, Apache Karaf, Equinox (OSGi Technology).**Physical Demands/Working Environment**:- Must be physically able to travel for periods of time.- Must be able to lift heavy objects.**Travel**:- *****%, OCONUS within Korea**Security Clearance**:- Top Secret**Required Skills**:Required Experience
