Contamos con oficinas en la Cd. de México y en la Cd. de Querétaro.Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Full Stack Developer Sr.Perfil profesional:Perfil profesional:Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Software, informática o a fin.Experiencia comprobable en puesto similar mínimo de 4 años.Indispensable experiencia con Ruby on Rails.Experiencia en startup.Conocimientos y experiencias requeridas:Dominio en React y NextExperiencia sólida con Ruby on Rails o Python (Django).Conocimiento en bases de datos como Postgre SQL, Mongo DB o similares.Familiaridad con APIs de IA (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de automatización como n8n.Funciones principales:Construir y lanzar PoCs de alto impacto mediante desarrollo rápido y validación continua.Desarrollar soluciones end-to-end usando React / Next en frontend y Ruby on Rails, o Python (Django) en backend.Integrar APIs y modelos de Inteligencia Artificial (LLMs) para potenciar prototipos.Aplicar metodologías Lean Startup para validar hipótesis con usuarios reales.Colaborar estrechamente con diseño, producto y data science para iterar funciones y experiencias.Documentar aprendizajes y asegurar que los prototipos puedan evolucionar hacia productos escalables.Mantener ownership técnico y contribuir al análisis de nuevas soluciones dentro del ecosistema de innovación.Ofrecemos:Atractivo sueldo mensual bruto.Prestaciones de ley y superiores.Horario de trabajo: L – V 09:00 am a 06:00 pm (hibrido)Lugar de trabajo: Col.
