Job Summary:The Recruiting Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, HR, and candidates to find top talent.This position is responsible for developing and implementing creative hiring strategies, establishing the company as a preferred employer in the labor market.This role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources or a related field and minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is necessary.Responsibilities:- Partner with HR and departmental leaders to develop hiring strategies.- Manage expectations of hiring managers and understand business needs.- Work closely with the team to enhance existing programs and implement an innovative strategy to find top-tier talent.- Create exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers.- Source qualified candidates through various mediums and resources.- Conduct initial candidate screening and provide recommendations to hiring managers.- Coordinate candidate interviews and debriefings.- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and report on talent acquisition metrics.Working Conditions:This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and travel up to 10% of the time.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities.
