**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world**# Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities•Tendency analysis o main kPI´s with detailed monitoring: Travel expenses, Training, Payroll and Provisions•Compliance: Monthly monitoring of findings as a result of internal control self assessment and external and internal auditories.•Controlling: Desing and implementation of monthly reports about Professional Division Performance•Accounting. Support in stamp tax invoices (currently we receive support from an external consultant)Additional Responsibilities•Controlling: Detailed analysis about forecasted numbers and controlling KPI´s•Compliance: Assistance, monitoring and follow compliance topics regular reviews about adherence to the Internal controls and guidelines.Controlling Professional: Monthly reporting and monitoring of main KPI´s in Professional Division like consumer divisionOrganization* Directly Reports to: Sr Finance Manager* Functionally reports to: - Accounting manager, Sales Controller, Production Controller and Sr Finance Manager* Number of Direct reports: - 0Interactions (internal & external)* Internal communication with KAMS, Managers de division* Suppliers and Debtors# Qualifications:Professional Experience and Education* Fluent English written and spoken to lead correspondence with FHCS group wide stakeholders* Experience (1-3 years) working in the finance and accounting areaSpecific knowledge* Good Local GAAP and IFRS Accounting knowledge* FI module of SAP or other System in the country applied for the relevant area of responsibilitySpecific competencies* Priority setting* Drive for Results* Integrity and trust* Customer FocusThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
