**ITW POWERTRAIN COMPONENTS FILTERTEK****Solicita**:**Tax Specialist****Descripción y Requisitos****Position Skills and Experience Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.- 4+ years of overall taxation experience.Expertise in VAT matters for maquiladora entities is a must.- Action oriented.Bias for action.- A high energy, team player with demonstrated ability to build a high performing team and collaborative cross-functional relationships- Good communication skills and ability to build consensus across different stakeholder groups.- Advanced English (Spoken and writing 80%)- Sound ***** mindset, understanding and demonstrated experience.- Must be computer literate- Ability to travel (up to 10%)**VAT & CIT**:- Review of Current Income Tax Calculation (Accounting-Tax Reconciliation, Annual Return and Tax Report).- Deferred Employees' Profit-Sharing Calculation for MX GAAP- Administration and management of the monthly VAT reconciliation- Review of Tax Accounting (VAT, VAT and Income Tax Withholdings, Current Income Tax and Deferred Income MX GAAP).- Improvements Standardization of Tax Processes.- Review of the calculation of Monthly Provisional Payments (CIT, VAT, Withholdings).- Prepare and review the records of monthly tax payments to release to financial team.- Review of Monthly and Annual Informative Declarations (DIOT, DIEMSE, Annex 9, among others).- Review and coordinate the collection of information for the various transfer pricing requirements, such as, APA, Safe Habor, Price Study for non-maquila operations, among others.- Review and Coordination of the submission of Monthly VAT and Annual Income Tax Returns.- Review and Coordination of the response to additional information requests sent by the authority related to Tax Returns.- Attention to any requirement / audit of the tax authorities.- Attending to doubts related to the different legislations in force (LISR, LIVA, among others) that other departments of the company may have.- Coordinate the Tax related part of the audit and Tax Opinion with the external auditors.- Support on ITW tax compliance, tax planning, transfer pricing and tax accounting projects- Support to payroll team with the payroll withholding reconciliation and tax declarations.Puesto: Especialista**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
