**Job Description**:- One team.Global challenges.Infinite opportunities.At Viasat, we're on a mission to deliver connections with the capacity to change the world.For more than 35 years, Viasat has helped shape how consumers, businesses, governments and militaries around the globe communicate.We're looking for people who think big, act fearlessly, and create an inclusive environment that drives positive impact to join our team.**Responsibilities**:This role embodies one the most important components in Viasat's mission, to bring connectivity and opportunities to the hardest to reach communities across Mexico; and to do so while learning from the people we serve, their challenges and needs.The Ambassador Coordinator helps Viasat overcome the hurdle of providing service in remote locations far from the larger cities or corporate offices; and keeps the teams working in field as connected as the teams in the office.This role will also coordinate and organize, plan, support, and monitor the work and findings of each Ambassador and their community.This role ensures that regardless of the location and geography, the Ambassadors are in sync and working towards the aligned goals of the business.They possess the ability to translate complex tasks into simple ones and to harmonize the findings in the field, into meaningful insights that can shed light to all parts of the business looking to understand what is happening with our customers and their perceptions in any given location_._They are excellent at motivating and promoting work as a team, solving problems, and identifying action plans; all while possessing a great capacity for anticipation and by ensuring our teams in rural Mexico to attract, assess and engage the best local talent in the market, you will work creating a talent experience that delights and inspires our key customers - internally and externally.You will develop innovative methods to source talent, lead and embrace growth and change, and be a key champion for the Viasat brand externally.The responsibilities for this role will also include:- Culture model deployment- Design of communication strategies for the coordination of community actions.- Coordination of Ambassadors' tasks and monitoring performance and deliverables- Organizing Ambassadors' findings into summarized insights- Responsible for training Ambassadors on any aspects relevant to the business- Identifying growth and development opportunities- Support in operations performance process, ambassador enablement with materials, training, and reporting.- Owning and managing end-to-end talent acquisition functions for specified communities and regions as Viasat grows its presence in the country.- Collaborating closely with the People and Culture team along with the Commercial and Care team.- Providing advice and guidance to hiring local Ambassadors to ensure recruitment campaigns are managed in a timely and effective manner attracting high-caliber talent through innovative sourcing campaigns and local initiatives.- Educate, train, and advise hiring ambassadors on best practices- Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring, reporting and activity schedule generation for the ambassador's team.- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to cultivate top talent and build talent pipelines- Represent Viasat in the market in a way that exemplifies Viasat values and creates a beautiful local Ambassador experience.- Work closely with the Corporate and local team to coordinate induction and onboarding.**Requirements**:- 5+ years of experience in a Business/Consumer service industry- Experience in a management position with responsibility building and supervising teams and remote employees (Rural markets a plus)- Bachelor's degree- Experience in supervising remote teams- Experience developing key benchmarks and using analytic tools in measuring business performance- Ability to develop, prepare and present strategies using market data and business performance metrics- Ability to travel within Mexico up to 75%- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish both writing and speaking- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)- High tolerance for change**Additional Requirements and Information**:- Minimum Education- BA/BS- Years of Experience- 5-8 years- Travel- Up to 75%- Citizenship- None- Clearance- None- Worker Classification- Employee
