IntellectEU is an international technology company focused on digital finance and emerging technologies.At IntellectEU we are on a mission to become the top-of-mind fintech company.We are committed to our people and believe in building a better future with the newest of the newest technologies.Giving young people and industry veterans a growing ground to play, launch ideas & work very closely with our clients.With our hands-on experience in both technical & capital markets, there's no challenge that's left untackled.Since **** we have been focused on financial messaging and integration, being a SWIFT service partner.We are seeking a skilled** Business Analyst** with technical knowledge to join our team and collaborate closely with clients in the financial industry.As a business analyst specializing in ISO *****, you'll need to bridge the gap between business processes and technology.**Responsibilities**:- Defining and documenting data mapping between different messaging standards including SWIFT MT and ISO ***** message structures.- Collaborating with customers on the data mapping definitions.- Working with technical teams to facilitate the transformation of message content, ensuring that all key fields (such as account details, transaction amounts, etc.) are properly mapped.- Developing transformation rules for scenarios like field truncation, format changes, and reconciliation between old and new messaging formats.- Working with IEU middleware or integration tools to automate message translation between formats.**Requirements**:**Must have**:- Bachelor's degree in relevant field- **Fluency in Spanish language**:- 5 years of hands-on BA experience in financial services and IT.- Knowledge of the tasks to be performed by BA and common techniques to be applied.- Knowledge of typical financial institutions usecases.- **In-depth knowledge of SWIFT** standards relevant to payments, securities, and trade finance.- SWIFT MT (Message Type) format.Understanding of different MT message types (ISO *****) (e.g., MT103, MT202) used in financial transactions.- SWIFT MX (Message Extensible) format.Knowledge of ISO ***** standards and MX Message Categories (e.g., pacs.008, camt.029).- Familiarity with the **SWIFT network**, including concepts like FIN, SWIFTNet, and SWIFT Alliance.- Experience with **message transformation** from legacy SWIFT MT to ISO ***** (MX) or other financial messaging standards.- Understanding of SWIFT's roadmap for migrating from MT to ISO *****, including key dates and impact on cross-border and domestic payments.**Nice to have**:- ETL processes, data mapping and documenting APIs experience- Experience working with the Transformer product (tracefinancial).- Prior experience with SDLC, both in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.- Familiarity with different data formats such as XML and JSON are assets.- Experience in financial services or a related industry.- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).**Soft Skills**:- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and performance.**We guarantee**:- Excellent compensation and benefits package including medical insurance and sports activities- International experience in a stable company: the company has offices in Antwerp, Lisbon, Krakow Kyiv, New York and operates on the market for over 15 years- Passionate team in an innovative casual, positive, and open work environment ready to meet your new ideas- Great opportunities for personal and professional development as well as the chance to change the way the business works in the financial world
