Importante oportunidad para un profesional experimentado en recursos humanosEn Human Staff buscamos un HR Generalist Senior para incorporarse a nuestro equipo.En esta posición, serás responsable de gestionar y supervisar todas las actividades relacionadas con el personal, desde la contratación hasta la gestión de beneficios y la planificación de eventos corporativos.Tu experiencia en gestión de talento y desarrollo de políticas de recursos humanos será crucial para contribuir al éxito de nuestro equipo.Deberás tener una sólida comprensión de las leyes laborales y las prácticas de recursos humanos, y ser capaz de manejar situaciones complejas con tacto y profesionalismo.Además, tu capacidad para comunicarte efectivamente y trabajar en equipo será fundamental para asegurar la satisfacción de nuestros empleados y el éxito de la empresa.RequisitosLicenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.Experiencia mínima de 6 a 8 años en RH operativo Industrial.Conocimientos técnicos en: LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, novedades de nómina, SST básico intermedio, reclutamiento operativo, SAP SuccesFactors (deseable).Inglés conversacional avanzado.Experiencia en manejo de sindicatos.Si tienes un mínimo de seis años de experiencia en recursos humanos y buscas un entorno laboral dinámico y desafiante, esta es tu oportunidad.Educación mínima: Educación superior - Especialidad.5 años de experiencia.Edad: entre 25 y 50 años.Disponibilidad de viajar: Sí.ActividadesAdministración integral del RH operativo de la planta.Coordinación del outsourcing de nómina.Aplicación de la LFT.Implementación de políticas, reglamentos y procesos para la fábrica en conjunto con las políticas corporativas de la compañía.Gestión de personal operativo, técnico y administrativo.Control de incidencias.Apoyo en reclutamiento operativo con proveedores.Coordinación básica de SST.Coordinación con abogados laborales externos.Manejo de clima laboral.Manejo de sindicatos.Reportes corporativos locales y corporativos RH.Aporta tu experiencia y habilidades para ayudarnos a alcanzar nuestros objetivos y mejorar la experiencia de nuestros empleados.Esperamos tu candidatura#J-*****-Ljbffr
