The Senior Software Quality Analyst will execute overall test strategy by building and executing test plans and test cases to achieve end-to-end quality and stability. The ideal applicant will thrive in a highly collaborative workplace and actively engage in the development and testing process working in Agile teams. This position requires hands‑on skills developing test cases and manually executing them. Experience in test automation, performance test scripting and execution is a great plus. Key Responsibilities Works in a geographically distributed Agile software development team delivering high quality, secure, maintainable software to meet business needs. Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, Operations, Developers and QA team members to develop quality software meeting the biz needs. Engage in the requirements grooming process, creating test cases for user stories, creating and managing regression test suits, testing API, websites and batches. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving application issues in Production. Adhere to existing agile software testing policies and procedures, participate in software testing process improvement initiatives. Stay abreast of emerging technologies as needed to meet the project’s needs. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related major. 7+ years of experience in software testing. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Experience in testing Websites, API, services, batches. Experience working with databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB). Experience in working with defect tracking and test management tools. Knowledge of using AI tools such as Github Copilot. Nice-to-have: Experience with test automation, performance testing, load testing using tools like JMeter, NeoLoad. Nice-to-Have: Experience with Application security testing.
