Remote UX/UI Designer (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America. Job Type: Full-time. Schedule: Monday to Friday, align working hours with UK business time. Benefits: 20 days of paid vacation per year. Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month. Client Leading e-commerce company headquartered in Poole, UK focused on innovation, customer‑centricity, and market expansion. Overview We are seeking a talented UI/UX Specialist with specific experience in D2C e‑commerce to enhance our client’s multi‑brand e‑commerce websites. The role focuses on building landing pages, improving user interfaces, and driving conversions. Responsibilities Design and improve user interfaces for e‑commerce websites across all brands. Build and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns and maximize conversions. Conduct user research, create personas, flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Collaborate with CRO Specialist, marketing team, developers, and cross‑functional teams to align UI/UX strategy with business goals. Plan and execute usability testing, analyze results, and iterate designs. Maintain design systems and style guides for brand consistency. Assist in A/B testing of UI elements to improve conversion rates. Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating innovative solutions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of UI/UX experience within the D2C e‑commerce sector. Strong portfolio showcasing e‑commerce UI/UX and landing‑page design. Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. Familiarity with prototyping tools and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge. Experience with the Shopify platform is advantageous. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Analytical thinking, strong problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Leadership/mentoring experience preferred. Adaptability and strong time‑management for concurrent projects. Seniority Level Not specified.
