**What your background should look like**:**Main responsabilities**:- Manage the creation and maintenance of International Trade policies, procedures, instructions, directives, templates, and other published guidance ("Command Media").- Guide stakeholders through the pre-defined change management process for revising currently published Command Media.- Establish effective business partnerships within the global trade team, encouraging team members supporting different regions and businesses to be involved.- Drive continuous improvement actions and mindset within the Global Trade Services organization and other functions and businesses across the corporation.**General Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related discipline- 3+ years of relevant work experience related to managing corporate policies and procedures or related to global trade compliance topics (exports, customs, sanctions, etc.)- Preferred: Knowledge of laws and regulations in the United States, Mexico, China, India, Germany, France, and other countries related to export controls, customs, sanctions, and embargoes.- Experience working with geographically diverse teams, and in a matrix environment with professionals from various functional areas- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to audiences within the Company and to external advisors- Impeccable English and Spanish language skills, verbal and written**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
