The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage high volumes of transactions, and close collaboration with internal teams and leadership. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 1+ years of relevant experience in Aerospace and/or Manufacturing industries Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with automated accounts payable document workflow systems Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles and GL accounts Key Responsibilities Maintain all functions of the accounts payable process in a timely and efficient manner Match invoices and receivers; code invoices without purchase orders to the appropriate GL accounts Manage high volumes of transactions while ensuring data accuracy Process check requests and credit card payments outside the normal payment cycle when required Perform timely reconciliations of accounts payable and corporate credit card statements Investigate unpaid invoices and respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner Compensation And Benefits Competitive salary (21,500MXN Gross Monthly) Statutory legal benefits $1,000 MXN monthly food vouchers Private medical insurance (upon permanent employment status) 30-day Christmas bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
