Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader focused on helping the world's manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile.With more than 28,000 employees who make the world better every day, we know we have something special.Behind our customers - amazing companies that help feed the world, provide life-saving medicine on a global scale, and focus on clean water and green mobility - our people are energized problem solvers who take pride in how the work we do changes the world for the better.We welcome all makers, forward thinkers, and problem solvers who are looking for a place to do their best work.And if that's you we would love to have you join usJob DescriptionRegional Marketing Lead, Americas– Discrete and Emerging IndustriesYou will report to: Director, Industry Strategy & Marketing.Job's workplace type: HybridLocated in: Santa Fe, Mexico CityActivitiesYou will manage the development of marketing programs to maximize customer demand and sales growth for Rockwell Automation's Emerging and discrete industries (i.E. warehousing, data centers) within the Americas region.You will work for the Global Industry Strategy and Marketing Director and collaborate with multiple internal organizations and professionals at multiple levels, globally, including Regional Sales & Marketing, Industry Teams, Teams and Marketing Function.Accountable for the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of campaign initiatives that drive growth in discrete industries.These initiatives encompass inbound and outbound marketing, media outreach, industry-specific events, sales enablement, training, and other communication tactics aligned with the needs of customers.Lead and coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional teams—both directly and indirectly—to deliver programs on time and within budget, as defined by the campaign strategy.Inspire collaboration across business units, even when initiatives fall outside of day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring alignment with industry priorities and customer expectations.Requisitions+5 years of experience within a marketing operations or digital marketing environment.Bachelor's degree in marketing or comparable.Proven experience in execute campaigns and integrated campaigns.Experience in digital marketing.Experience in data center and warehouse.Advanced level of English.Travel needs 10%.VISA and passport current.BenefitsOnce your recruiter contacts you, we will let you know about the benefits we offer, such as major medical insurance, food vouchers, and others.Rockwell Automation's hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.#J-*****-Ljbffr
