Senior BookkeeperAs a key member of our financial operations team, you will have the opportunity to work on elite projects and make a meaningful impact on our clients' success.Your role will involve full-cycle accounting, including AR / AP, payroll, reconciliations, and monthly close.Key ResponsibilitiesRun onboarding calls for new clients and manage their transition from chaos to clean booksBuild and maintain SOPs, checklists, and workflows that streamline onboardingCollaborate with senior leadership to improve processes, client experience, and capacity planningHandle full-cycle accounting including AR, AP, payroll, reconciliations, and monthly closeWork inside QuickBooks, Gusto, Ramp, Stripe, and other core toolsLead cleanups and onboardings while reviewing junior team outputs for accuracyEscalate blockers early and communicate clearly via Slack and emailMentor junior bookkeepers and ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal standardsHelp us track capacity and flag when onboarding needs to pause, slow down, or speed upFull-cycle accounting experienceFluency in QuickBooks and the core stackAbility to lead onboarding or cleanup projects and drive clarity from day oneExcellent problem-solving skillsImpeccable English written and spoken communication skillsComfortable working EST hours (9–5 preferred, 7–3 OK)Direct access to senior leadershipGlobal team with smart, friendly people across time zones and countriesTech-first, growth-focused environment with constant innovationAnnual bonuses based on performance targetsLong-term opportunity with a supportive cultureThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive team where you can own the outcome, refine systems, and build something that scales.If you are looking for a leadership role where you can make a real impact and enjoy a challenging and rewarding career, then this could be the perfect fit for you.#J-*****-Ljbffr
