**Job Description Summary**: In this role, you will be responsible for executing on one or more Benefits process(s).Develop an in-depth understanding of Benefits systems, processes, and legislative rules.This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed.Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement.Promote "Best in Class" service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.Facilitate & support People Operations Systems across the Region in order to leverage our products offering one solution across the region.**Roles and Responsibilities**- Individuals who are responsible for the quality delivery of multiple benefit processes and service to the businesses.Manages benefit queries from employees, managers and HRM's in a timely, and professional manner.Correctly administers benefits processes.Manages service delivery metrics in relation to outsourced benefits.Includes those who lead Benefits Service Delivery teams, and/or the operations for such teams.Mostly used in Shared Service teams, but can be found in Business teams.- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.- Resolves issues using established procedures.Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.- Collaborates with others to solve issues.For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE.Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.- Handles simple data entry work requiring face value check and correction.- Monitor and answer the employee needs ensuring a service delivery according to our internal targets for benefits under Financial & Retirement.- Support our businesses with the local regulations and provide inputs about new benefits design.- Vendor Management to lead and align some key projects connected with our automation and employee experience.- Develop trainings to the employees ensure the best employee experience and generating productivity.- Complete the transactions and operations building the metrics to have the trends and opportunity areas.- Lead the pension plan committee connecting with the internal and external contacts.- Generate connection with the financial and accountant key players improving a best cost for our business.**Required Qualifications**- 3-6 years process experience, Payroll & Benefits and HR Operations including local regulations in the region countries.- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (Business Administration, Human Resources and accountant preferred).- Fluency in English.- Solid understanding of HR, Benefits and Payroll Systems.**Desired Characteristics**- ** Demonstrated organization and analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.**:- ** Demonstrated project ownership and accountability.**:- ** Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.**:- ** Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.**:- ** High Customer Service orientation and Continuous Improvement orientation.**:- ** Solid interpersonal skills; proactivity and teamwork capability.**:- ** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:- ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).**:- ** Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with mínimal supervision.**:- ** Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.**:- ** Organized and with critical sense of priorities.**:- ** Culture change driver.**:- ** ERP Knowledge.(Workday, Oracle, TRESS, Absence System, Payments Systems).**:**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
