Technical Product Owner

Requisition ID: 141956BR Technical Product Owner Location: Hybrid Mode (CDMX, GDL and MTY) The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the development team. This role involves close collaboration with the Product Manager, Business Owners, and development teams to translate high-level product vision and strategy into actionable user stories and tasks. The Product Owner ensures that the team understands the product requirements and works to deliver high-quality increments that meet business needs. Mandatory Technologies and Experience Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner in Agile environments. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Proven ability to manage and prioritize technical and functional backlogs. Experience writing clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria. Comfortable working closely with engineering teams, architects, and technical stakeholders. Experience in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product delivery cycles. Additional Skills That Will Be Considered a Plus Background in software development or technical architecture. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Experience with products requiring technical enablers. Understanding of product KPIs and performance metrics. Strong documentation and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product goals. Write and refine user stories based on business and technical input. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and Business Owners. Provide technical guidance to ensure feasible and scalable solutions. Support sprint planning and ensure clarity of requirements for the development team. Validate delivered features and ensure they meet acceptance criteria. Monitor product performance and contribute to continuous improvement. Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
