Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with extensive QA and automation experience to lead and deliver high-quality products in an agile environment. What do you need to come aboard? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines. +10 years of experience in QA and testing projects with agile methodologies. +6 years of experience in test automation projects with Selenium and Java, API testing with Rest Assured or Postman. Experience administering and testing solutions on AWS, Azure, and Docker. Strong problem‑solving skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to build trusted client relationships through proactive account management and effective project delivery. High English written and verbal communication skills to build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders. Experience with data‑driven, keyword or hybrid test automation frameworks – Selenium and Java. Experience implementing BDD frameworks with Cucumber and Cypress. Experience with AWS, Git, BitBucket, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins. Experience coding in software development languages such as VBScripts, Java, Python, .NET, C#, etc. Strong skills using issue‑tracking, defect‑tracking, and test‑management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps). Strong skills with database management systems for data querying (SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.). To Rock This Role, You Should Actively participate in Agile scrum ceremonies – PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Defect Review, Sprint Demo, Retrospectives, etc. Participate in story grooming, analyze, and understand user story acceptance criteria. Define, design, and build test automation strategies and frameworks for API and functional testing. Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on user stories, ensuring proper test coverage. Perform sprint testing, service/API testing, integration/E2E testing, functional and regression testing. Review user interfaces for conformity and functionality. Work with software engineers to understand product architecture, integrations, and features. Execute the test automation suite as per the work plan. Analyze test results, advocate for quality at every phase of development. Identify, collect, and provide test automation results and metrics. Document, track bugs to closure, and report project status to stakeholders. Write complex queries to perform data validation. What can we offer you?
