.## **Job Title**Business Development Management, Team Lead## Job DescriptionBusiness Development Strategy & Planning Team Lead work identifies, evaluates and negotiates, new sales and marketing growth opportunities across multiple of the following areas: •Commercial/Pricing Strategy •Sales Channel Strategy (Alliance Partnerships, Franchising, E-Commerce, etc.) •New Product Development The work includes: •Identifying and developing optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels, pricing, and new product development strategies •Identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships including financial arrangements, customer sharing, and intellectual property rights •Prioritizing and tracking investments across new product development initiatives In some organizations may be responsible for project managing/integrating new business ideas and/or acquisitions.Manage the day-to-day operations of a Business Development team that promote full Axis Communications product line through partner program management, industry associations, key system integrators and end users that create demand**Responsibilities*** Business Development Manager will be responsible for visiting customers to survey necessary for understanding of the technical specifications and solution of problems.* Responsible for training and management of the sales team and ensure that the range of objectives.* Responsible for strategic planning* Coordinate the work of market research from competition, markets and potential customers.* Prepare the planning of commercial area, prospecting for new business and strategic partnerships.* Provide training, motivating the team, attracting people committed.* Support partners, vendors at local efforts and influence senior executives on sale* Interact with the internal areas of the company.* Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop BDM staff in LATAM to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.**Essential Skills*** Self-motivated and ambitious drive* Superb networking and interpersonal skills* Motivate and coordinate in fast paced industry* Technical product knowledge* Resourceful* Leadership, providing direction and coaching to team members* Forecast and analyze data to make decisions* Strategic thinking* Superior attention to detail, time management and organization skills* Manage multiple project scopes simultaneously* Polished verbal and written communicator, adaptable to different audiences* Quick and creative problem solver* Outgoing, professional, and welcoming demeanor* Comfortable escalating matters* Flexible and cross-functional team player**Education and Experience*** Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field* 5+ years in a related field with experience drafting diagrams and writing white papers* Strong Technical Background* Established network in relevant field**Physical demands**The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
